Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the access has not been redeemed or used.
How to request
Open the order in your account and choose Request refund, or contact support with the order number.
Outcomes
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
Redeemed licence keys, delivered services, and custom work are not refundable once fulfilled.
