After the payment is confirmed we attach the upgrade to the Google account whose address you gave us, normally within a few hours. Sign in at gemini.google.com with that account, open the model menu and pick the Pro model; the 2 TB appears under one.google.com in the same account. If the upgrade does not show up, sign out and back in once, then send us a message from the order page.

Product questions
No. You pay once for 18 months and the plan ends when that period is over. No card is kept on file and nothing renews on its own.
Most orders are activated within a few hours of the payment being confirmed, and every order within 24 hours. You are notified on the order page and by email as soon as it is done.
You keep yours. The upgrade is attached to the Google account whose address you give us, so your Gmail, Drive files and Photos stay exactly where they are.
The Gemini AI Pro features and the 2 TB storage stop at the end of the period and the account returns to the free tier. We do not renew it and cannot charge you again.
